This document describes how "Tail 2026 LLC" (I/D 405839106, hereinafter "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We acknowledge the special responsibility of processing children's data and operate in full compliance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

What information we collect To provide the service fully, we process the following data:

1.1 Parent/Orderer Information: First name, last name, email, phone number, and exact delivery address.

1.2 Child’s Data: Name and gender (used to build a personalized storyline).

1.3 Visual Material: A photograph of the child, which you upload to generate a 3D character.

Strict rules for using child photos Child safety is our priority; therefore:

2.1 Purpose: Photos are used solely to create a specific order (book or animation).

2.2 Prohibition: We do not use, publish, or transfer the child's photos for advertising or marketing purposes (social networks, website, etc.) without your prior, explicit written consent.

2.3 AI Processing: Photos are processed via protected AI algorithms and are not used for the general training of artificial intelligence models.

Data retention periods We adhere to the principle of data minimization:

3.1 Deletion of photos: The original photograph of the child and the generated visual files are stored on our servers for only 30 (thirty) calendar days after the order is delivered. Why 30 days? This period is necessary so that in case of damage to the book or the discovery of a defect, we can reproduce it without requesting the photo from you again.

3.2 Automatic deletion: After the 30-day period expires, visual materials are automatically and irreversibly deleted.

Sharing information with third parties Data is shared only for the purpose of technical service provision:

4.2 Logistics: Courier companies (only the information necessary for delivery: name, address, number).

4.3 Payments: Partner payment system (Flitt). We do not have access to, nor do we store, your bank card details.

Data Security We utilize modern encryption methods and security protocols. Your data is protected from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Your Rights You have the right to contact us at any time with the following requests:

6.1 To receive information about what data is stored about you; to request the correction of incorrectly provided data.

6.2 To request the early deletion of data (including photos).
