  1. Information We Collect To create and deliver custom storybooks and animations, we collect the following limited categories of information: 1.1. Parent / Purchaser Information (Adults): Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Delivery Shipping Address. Payment information (processed securely via third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; we never store credit/debit card numbers on our servers). 1.2. Child’s Personalization Data: Child’s First Name, Age, and Gender (used exclusively to construct the custom story arc and text). 1.3. Visual Materials (Uploaded Photos): Photograph(s) of the child uploaded by the parent/guardian to generate personalized 3D illustrations.

  2. Strict Rules for Processing Children’s Photos Child safety is embedded in our core product architecture. We abide by strict rules regarding uploaded photographs: 2.1. Singular Purpose: Photos are processed solely to generate the specific personalized book, digital PDF, or animation ordered by the parent. 2.2. No Marketing Use Without Explicit Consent: We never publish, share, or use a child's photo or generated likeness for advertising, social media campaigns, or marketing materials without prior, express written consent from the parent/legal guardian. 2.3. No AI Model Training: Uploaded photos and facial features are processed through encrypted, private AI pipelines and are never used to train public or foundational artificial intelligence models.

  3. COPPA Statement (Children's Online Privacy Protection) 3.1. Services for Adults Only: Our platform is designed for purchase and use by adults (parents, grandparents, or legal guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. 3.2. Parental Consent: All information regarding a minor child is submitted exclusively by an adult who confirms they possess the legal authority to provide such information and consent to its processing for order fulfillment.

  4. Data Retention and Automatic Deletion We strictly adhere to data minimization principles to protect your family’s privacy: 4.1. 30-Day Photo & Visual File Retention: Uploaded photos and temporary generated AI rendering files are retained on our secure servers for exactly 30 (thirty) calendar days following order delivery. 4.2. Purpose of Retention: This 30-day window allows us to process replacement orders or print reprints in the rare event of physical transit damage, without requiring you to re-upload photos. 4.3. Irreversible Deletion: Upon the expiration of the 30-day period, all original photos and working visual files are automatically and permanently deleted from our primary databases.

  5. Third-Party Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade your or your child’s personal data. We share necessary data only with trusted third-party service providers bound by strict confidentiality obligations: 5.1. Print & Logistics Partners: Courier and print-on-demand fulfillment partners receive only the information required to print and ship the product (Name, Delivery Address, Shipping Phone Number). 5.2. Payment Gateways: Financial transactions are handled by certified, PCI-compliant payment processors (e.g., Stripe / PayPal / Apple Pay). We do not access or store sensitive card information. 5.3. Infrastructure: Secure cloud servers providing encrypted storage and computing power.

  6. Security Standards We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security measures, including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Your family's data is fully protected against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

  7. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA / US Residents) Depending on your state of residence, you hold the following rights regarding your personal data: 7.1. Right to Access & Know: You may request details about the personal data we store about you. 7.2. Right to Correct: You may request updates or corrections to any inaccurate data. 7.3. Right to Early Deletion: You have the right to request the immediate, early deletion of your data (including uploaded photos) at any time prior to the automatic 30-day deletion cycle. 7.4. No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell personal information or minor child data to third parties.
