  2. Ordering Process and AI Specifics 2.1. Preview Function (First Page Sample): The system generates a sample before purchase. Payment constitutes your full approval and acceptance of the sample. 2.2. Potential AI Flaws: The user acknowledges that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not infallible. Minor visual or stylistic inconsistencies may occur. 2.3. Photo Quality: Character likeness depends on the quality of the photo uploaded by the user. The Company is not responsible for defects caused by low-quality source files.

  3. Delivery Terms 3.1. Digital Products: PDF files or animations become available immediately upon the completion of payment. 3.2. Printed Books: Delivery is carried out throughout Georgia, typically within 5 to 7 business days. 3.3. Address: The user is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. In the event of incorrect information, the cost of re-delivery shall be borne by the user.

  4. Returns and Refund Policy 4.1. Return Policy: Since the Company's products are personalized (created via individual order), rules regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds due to AI-related flaws are strictly governed by our [Refund Policy]. 4.2.
